Nutritional Wellness Services.

In an effort to make nutritional guidance available to anyone and everyone, all packages through Purposeful Plate are completed virtually.

First, let's get to know each other (see Blossom). We'll discuss any changes you'd like to see both on and off your plate to bring you optimal wellness and joy.

Next, let's dive deeper (see Flourish, Prosper, and Thrive). Together, we'll identify realistic health goals, create a detailed plan of action to reach and maintain those goals, and implement steps along the way to ensure that you develop lasting habits to support optimal wellness long after our time together. We'll also talk about any symptoms you're experiencing, both physically and mentally, and how to use nutrition and lifestyle to come back into balance.

Each package is available as a one-time or recurring purchase. This allows you to commit to a plan, and also provides the freedom to decide when you feel ready to continue working on your own. Once you've completed a package below, additional consultations are available for purchase (see Nourish).

  • Blossom. Complimentary 15-minute phone consultation.
    • By appointment only. No purchase required.
       
  • Flourish. One month. 
    • Four weekly nutritional guidance sessions.
      • One (1) on-boarding call, up to 60 minutes
      • Three (3) maintenance calls, up to 45 minutes
      • Bonus: Receive a personalized 1-week meal plan after each session, including seasonal recipes, mindful eating tips, & recipe modification suggestions. You'll also receive a detailed recap after each session, outlining any major points of interest and resources for reference. Access to me via email / text 7 days a week.
      • This program is ideal for those who enjoy a quicker pace, are ready to dive in, and want to jump-start their health. Additional consultations available at a discounted rate upon completion (see Nourish).
         
  • Prosper. Two months. 
    • Four bi-weekly nutritional guidance sessions.
      • One (1) on-boarding call, up to 60 minutes
      • Three (3) maintenance calls, up to 45 minutes
      • Bonus: Receive a personalized 2-week meal plan after each session, including seasonal recipes, mindful eating tips, & recipe modification suggestions. You'll also receive a detailed recap after each session, outlining any major points of interest and resources for reference. Access to me via email / text 7 days a week.
      • This program is ideal for those who enjoy a moderate pace, prefer more time to adjust when given a plan, and who enjoy regular accountability check-ins. Additional consultations available at a discounted rate upon completion (see Nourish).
         
  • Thrive. Three months. 
    • Three monthly strategizing sessions.
      • One (1) on-boarding call, up to 60 minutes
      • Two (2) maintenance calls, up to 45 minutes
      • Bonus: Receive a complete PDF guide outlining a monthly plan with references and resources, a 1-month meal plan, and access to me via email / text 7 days a week for Q&A so we can check in on your progress, and re-assess goals as needed. Plus! I'll also create your very own secret Pinterest board with 100+ recipes and articles specifically relating to your goals, and inspiration to help you stay on track. 
      • This program is ideal for those who enjoy receiving a detailed plan of action to carry out independently. Additional consultations available at a discounted rate upon completion (see Nourish).
         
  • Nourish. Additional Consultations.
    • Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance calls.
    • Only available to current clients upon completion of a program listed above. 
      • Four (4) sessions, 45 minutes each. 
      • Six (6) sessions, 45 minutes each. 
      • Eight (8) sessions, 45 minutes each 
      • Bonus: Receive detailed feedback on your 3-day food logs prior to each call with encouraging guidance to maintain your health and wellness goals throughout the phases of life that come after our initial meetings. (Examples: healthy swaps during the holidays, staying hydrated with water-rich foods during the summertime, warming up in the winter with grounding foods and spices, dealing with an unexpected stressful event with dietary poise, etc).
